For your safety and ours, all renters and riders must be compliant with state laws whenever riding an Orange Octopus jet ski.

Jet Ski Rental Waiver of Liability
Because Orange Octopus cannot be responsible for what any rider does while on a jet ski, you must sign a waiver form before getting your ski on. Above is a PDF of that waiver for you to view before signing in person!
